The longitudinal and transversal pallet transport systems have 3 main components: roller blocks, drive wheels and cross-lifting trucks.
The roller blocks consist of a solid construction and a flanged roller, connected to a heavy, maintenance-free bearing.
The friction wheel drives are mounted on a stable swing arm, which is pressed against the rail of the pallet by an adjustable spring.
A pair of cross lifting trucks lifts and moves the pallet synchronously in transversal direction to the next pallet position and lowers it onto rollers or resting blocks.
