Formwork profiles play an important role in the production of precast concrete elements. They need to be well cared for, to ensure their proper functioning.
This includes cleaning and oiling after each use. This is done automatically with a formwork cleaning and oiling device, combined with a conveyor belt that connects the demoulding station with the shuttering storage and robot.
