Pallet turning stations
Turning devices for the production of double walls can be stationary or movable.
The pallet turning devices are equipped with vacuum handling technology or with a pallet clamping system, and characterised by high precision and a high level of efficiency. The clamping arms are easy to pull in and out and clamped simultaneously by means of pneumatics. The wall and shell (insulation thickness) can be automattically adjusted by means of hydraulics. The arms remain on the device at all times, which facilitates the work of the operator considerably.
