Transport and lifting systems
High-end transport and lifting systems are needed for handling precast concrete elements.
Lifting systems for filigree floor slabs allow for the elements to be demoulded and lifted quickly and without damage after which they are placed on run-off trucks. Solid slabs can be lifted straight off the casting bed and loaded onto transport trolleys travelling over the bed.
Vertical precast elements such as double walls are moved vertically in racks on run-off trucks or by means of an overhead conveyor system. Stockyard transport systems with portal cranes and transport wagons can be fully automated and integrated in the production process.
