The Bibat bi-pocket mould from Construx-Weckenmann is a hydraulically operated battery mould system specifically designed for the production of precast concrete columns with multiple corbels.
To meet the demands of more complex column geometries, the standard Bibat mould has been upgraded with modular full-steel side panels. These side panels are divided into separate segments and mounted on rollers, allowing them to move sideways with precision.
This configuration enables the flexible integration of corbel box-outs at virtually any height or position along the column. The corbels are formed by inserting custom-cut plywood into the rectangular frames of the side-mounted pocket modules. These box-outs are made to measure and must be prepared by the customer according to the required specifications.
