Monobox
Hydraulically retractable and non-adjustable moulds for standardised box-culverts.
The box culverts are cast straight up. The outer moulds come in 2 L-shaped parts which sit on rails, both sections can be moved by hand. The closing parts of the outside mould and the retractable wedges of the inside mould are very precise machined parts. The inner moulds are hydraulically shrinkable by means of a hand pump.
Common dimensions of the culverts:
- Length: up to 3000mm
- Inside width: from 800mm to 4000mm
- Inside height: from 400mm to 2000mm
- Wall thickness: 150, 200, 250mm
- Inside triangular chamfers: 100mm, 200mm, 300mm
