Modular and adjustable side-forms for prestressed elements

Modular Side-Forms

Construx-Weckenmann supplies high-quality modular side-forms for prestressed precast concrete production. These side-forms allow for quick adjustments to accommodate various beam profiles. Their robust steel construction ensures precision, while the modular system enables easy setup and reconfiguration.

MSF Rectangular

These side forms are designed for the efficient production of rectangular beams on prestressing beds. The system consists of high-strength steel panels with 6mm steel sheeting, in modules of 1,2,4 and 6m. The stackable side panels (different heights) allow for flexible height adjustments.

MSF IV-beam

This modular side form system is engineered for optimal adaptability in prestressed IV-beam production. Featuring standardized sections, it allows for a versatile range of beam lengths and heights. The design follows a structured modular approach, incorporating dedicated end, middle, and top sections. Additional components can be integrated to extend the beam length or increase its height. The system is composed of segments available in 1m, 2m, and 4m lengths. Available with various slopes.

MSF I-beam

These side forms are engineered for optimal I-beam production. Constructed from robust steel panels with 6mm sheeting, they come in modular sections of 1m, 2m, 4m, and 6m. End sections are flat, and other sections are additionally foreseen with an interchangeable bulging section.

Available in various heights.

Adjustable Side-Forms

Construx-Weckenmann provides high-quality adjustable side-forms for prestressed precast concrete production. Designed for flexibility, they allow for quick changes to suit different beam profiles.

ASF Inversed T-beam

This system enhances the MSF Rectangular system with stackable sliders and an additional box-out panel. The box-out’s height position is stepless adjustable, enabling the production of inverted T and L-shaped beams.

ASF I and IV-beam (Type 1)

The side forms consist of adjustable modules in lengths 1,2,4 and 6m. Upper flange width and lower flange height are stepless adjustable. Upper and lower parts are connected using multiplex, supported by sliding supports. The upper parts can be set at an angle to produce roof beams. Tie-bars are needed above the shuttering for stability.

Available in different heights.

ASF I and IV-beam (Type 2)

The side forms feature adjustable modules with varying lengths. Here, the depth of the bulging is stepless adjustable for different beam profiles. The upper parts can also be angled to produce roof beams.

Available in different heights.

ASF T-beam

The upper flange width and lower flange height are fully adjustable for flexibility in beam design. The upper and lower parts are connected using multiplex, which is securely supported by two sliding supports for stability during the production process. Infills can make the lower flange straight, for manufacturing T-beams.

Available in different heights.

Width adjustments

The MSF and ASF side-form systems are fully compatible with Construx- Weckenmann auto-reactive and non-reactive prestressing beds, ensuring seamless integration.

A specialized connection system allows for quick and secure attachment.
