Construx-Weckenmann offers a wide range of modular and adjustable side-form systems engineered for the efficient production of prestressed precast concrete elements. Designed for use on both reactive and non-reactive prestressing beds, these systems ensure dimensional accuracy, rapid reconfiguration, and high production flexibility across various beam geometries.
Modular Side-Forms (MSF)
These systems are based on a robust steel framework with 6 mm sheeting and are designed for fixed-profile beam production. They offer modular configurations with stackable and extendable segments.
MSF Rectangular
- Designed for standard rectangular beams
- High-strength panels available in 1 m, 2 m, 4 m, and 6 m modules
- Stackable side panels offer flexible height adjustment
MSF IV-Beam
- Ideal for IV-beam production with varying slopes
- Modular approach using dedicated end, middle, and top sections
- Extendable via segments in 1 m, 2 m, and 4 m lengths
- Available with multiple slope profiles
MSF I-Beam
- Built for I-beam manufacturing
- Modular segments: 1 m, 2 m, 4 m, and 6 m
- Includes interchangeable bulging sections for shape variations
- End sections are flat for easy termination
Adjustable Side-Forms (ASF)
ASF systems allow producers to adjust the mould geometry steplessly to create custom beam designs with minimal reconfiguration time. Perfect for projects with variable cross-sections or roof beam requirements.
ASF Inverted T-Beam
- Enhances the MSF Rectangular system
- Features stackable sliders and a steplessly adjustable box-out panel
- Suitable for inverted T and L-beams
ASF I and IV-Beam (Type 1)
- Modular lengths: 1 m, 2 m, 4 m, 6 m
- Upper flange width and lower flange height are fully adjustable
- Connected with multiplex supported by sliding supports
- Upper profiles can be angled to produce roof beams
- Requires tie-bars above the shuttering for stability
ASF I and IV-Beam (Type 2)
- Features stepless adjustment of bulging depth
- Modular segments for versatile beam shapes
- Also supports angled top flanges for sloped/roof beams
ASF T-Beam
- Fully adjustable upper flange width and lower flange height
- Multiplex connection supported by dual sliding supports
- Optional infill system to flatten lower flange for T-beam production
