Tilting tables with heating

Construx-Weckenmann installs a new precast line with 6 tilting tables of 14m x 4m.

Specifications:

• 10mm steel sheeting in 1 single piece
• Maximum load 800kg/m²
• Tilting capacity 35T
• Longitudinal side-form, continuously variable from 200mm to 400mm
• Hydraulically tiltable lateral side-forms, continuously variable from 200mm to 400mm
• Integrated heating and insulation around the tables
• 10n° high-frequency vibrators with central frequency converter
• Controls with plug-in remote control

In order to cope with these specifications, the tables have a heavy-duty design. A synchronised triple-pump aggregate controls 3 hydraulic multi-stroke cylinders. The heating pipes go through the lateral profiles and sit right underneath the top part.
