Hydraulic stair battery moulds with vibrators and heating system
Installation of 2 hydraulic stair battery moulds with 10 pockets each.
Each of both battery moulds is suitable to produce 10 identical stairs per day. All panels are opened and closed hydraulically and secured mechanically. When demoulding all 10 panels can be released at the same time, 2 of which can be opened 1m wide. All panels are equipped with heating pipes and external vibrators.
Specifications of the stairs:
- 9 steps with cut-back
- Width 1050mm
- Landings 1750mm and 1500mm long and 1100mm wide
