Flexbox mould for box culverts

Construx-Weckenmann was asked to conceive a fully adjustable box culverts mould.

Specifications of the elements than can be made:

• Internal short side adjustable per 100mm, from 1800mm to 4000mm
• Internal long side adjustable, from 2400mm to 6000mm
• Wall thickness adjustable per 50mm, from 200mm to 450mm
• Maximum height 2700mm
• Continuous height adjustment up to 1600mm
• Bases 195mm and 295mm wide
• Chamfered corners 250mm/250mm, 300/300mm, 350mm/350mm and 500mm/500mm
