Moulds for precast lift shaft and stair core production
High-quality steel moulds are essential in the production of precast lift shafts, ensuring precision, efficiency, and durability
Construx-Weckenmann has successfully installed six Flexbox moulds for the production of both single and double lift shafts, with a maximum height of 3500mm. The internal cores start at a minimum dimension of 1200mm x 1200mm and can be expanded in 50mm increments to a maximum of 4500mm x 9750mm.
Additionally, the system allows for variable wall thicknesses, while the height adjustment is steplessly adjustable, providing maximum flexibility in production.
