Moulds for tanks
Hydraulically operated oval tank moulds of 1000, 1500 and 2000 gallons
A Californian customer resolutely choose the Weckenmann approach for the purchase of a series of high-end hydraulic moulds to cast a new range of oval tanks with capacities of 1000, 1500 and 2000 gallons.
Acting as a one-stop-shop, Construx-Weckenmann also supplied the moulds for the lids and the baffles, and additionally developed an inventive adjustable turning device for demoulding and turning all different types of tanks.
To date, the following moulds have been supplied and installed:
- 3 tank moulds with capacities of 1000, 1500 and 2000 gallons
- 3 lid moulds to suit the above capacities
- 1 adjustable baffle mould
- 1 adjustable turning device
