Mould for 8-shaped rainwater tanks
Hydraulically retractable mould for 20000L and 15000L rainwater tanks.
The tanks are poured in their upright position, so they don’t need to be turned upside-down. Due to the 8-form shape, the tanks are only 2500mm wide, so they fit in the normal width of a truck, which brings down the transport cost.
Specifications of the tanks:
- Width 2500m
- Length 4500mm
- Wall thickness tapered 60mm to 80mm
- Floor thickness 90mm
- Covers 80mm or 115mm, depending on the load
- Overall height 20000L tank, including 80mm covers 2510mm
- Total weight 20000L tank, including 80mm covers 9250kg
Specifications of the mould:
- Outside panels to be opened manually by means of a chain drive
- 2 hydraulically retractable inside cores to be taken away by means of a special lifting frame
- Pouring height indicators for the 15000L tanks
- Concrete pump connection
