The mould provided by Construx-Weckenmann is stateof-the-art, hydraulically operated and equipped with all required safety features.
It is an adjustable and flexible solution for all different communication chambers and allows for a monolithic cast: walls and base slab at the same time.
The hydraulically movable outside panels consist of 4 main panels plus infills to cope with the required dimensions. The hydraulically shrinkable inside core consists of 4 shrinkable corner parts plus infills. Interchangeable top plates for the 10 different sizes of the standard Comms elements are included. The height adjustment system allows for inside heights from 400mm up to 2400mm.
