The inner core’s minimum dimensions are formed using four base sections.
Width adjustments are achieved using segments of 250mm, 500mm and 1000mm, allowing for precise 250mm increments.
Core length adjustment from 5500mm to 7000mm is managed via intermediate segments of 500mm and 1000mm.
The inner core segments are tensioned together, minimizing the number of fastenings.
The formwork is mounted on a base frame, elevated 400mm to allow access beneath the inner core.
Longitudinal and front outer jacket are designed for maximum dimensions and are hydraulically opened and closed, with mechanical locking via centring screws and spindles at the top and bottom.
The second front outer jacket consists of two base panels with variable lengths, expandable with one or two extensions, maintaining a 250mm modular system for outer jackets as well.
Hydraulic cylinders on the outer jackets can be adjusted to two or three positions depending on the core’s width.
Hydraulic controls for the outer jackets are operated via manual lever valves located at the base corner of the mould.
The four core base segments include integrated compressed air connections for enhanced operational efficiency.
