Modular production system for precast substations

This highly efficient and adaptable system enables the seamless casting of precast substations, ensuring precision, durability, and optimized workflow.

System components:

• Modular floor slab mould
• Modular cabin mould
• Modular roof slab mould
• Modular intermediate floor mould

Production process:

1. The floor slab is pre-cast on a pallet.
2. The pallet with the floor slab is positioned inside the cabin mould.
3. The cabin is cast using a controlled pouring process.
4. The cabin is demoulded efficiently, with or without the pallet, facilitated by the shrinkable modular core.
5. The intermediate floor is installed.
6. The roof slab is placed on top, completing the substation structure.
