These highly versatile moulds are adjustable in length, width, and height, providing flexibility for various production needs.
The system incorporates hydraulic mechanisms for the shrinking of intermediate side-forms, as well as the opening, closing, and securing of the outer panels. This hydraulic operation ensures precision, efficiency, and ease of use, optimizing the production process for retaining walls.
Each proposed mould is a double mould consisting of the following components:
- Fixed core with stainless steel (inox) for multiple height moulds.
- Two head doors on hinges: hydraulic opening and closing.
- Two external sliding panels: mounted on wheels on rails.
- Hydraulically retractable and fixed non-retractable spacers: fixed depending on the type and length of the elements to be cast.
- Base plates: based on element length. Height adjustment is possible through a stackable system of riser parts.
- Left and right spacers: used for creating 45° corner elements. Positioned using 1t box-magnets.
- Mini hydraulic power unit: with manual mechanical valves.
- Mould locking system: hydraulic wedge locking mechanism, no bolts required
