Retaining wall moulds and turning device
This twin retaining wall mould system is designed to produce 8 retaining wall elements, which are cast in an upright, overhead position.
The elements are laterally fixed using two side end stops, one retractable middle stop, and two fixed middle stops. The system features side doors that can be hydraulically opened, along with the ability to shrink the middle stops on both sides, which allows each element to be exposed on one side, making it easy to demould and lift.

- No screws required for opening and closing the moulds
- The mould system is compatible with a hydraulic turning device that enables the lifting, moving, and rotating of the formwork
- The hydraulic system for the mould includes:
- Securing and unlocking of all mould parts
- Opening and closing of the end panels
- Shrinking of the middle side-forms
- 90° articulating of the side walls
- Hydraulic unit integrated in each mould
