Complete production system for precast ribbed airfield plates

The 3 moulds are composed of two main parts: a stressing frame and a table with side forms.

• Stressing Frame including a chassis to support the inserted table.
• Table:
  • Features ribbed sheeting (15mm deep ribs) and hingeable (10°) side forms (180mm).
  • Head forms are subdivided into three pieces to accommodate strands, with four additional box-outs for anchor positioning.
• Designed to withstand a maximum stressing force of 200T.
