Two high-end hydraulic modular moulds for a high number of pre-fabricated container transformer stations

Mould n°1

Modular hydraulic mould with the following striking features:

  • A modular shrinking core based on Flexbox technology
  • The core can be expanded in two ways to allow the two types of cabins to be poured:
    • Tapered modular roof volumes (for casting the type of cabins with basement)
    • Equally retractable modular elevation and two roof plates with chamfers
  • All movements on the mould are hydraulically driven and PLC sensored
  • 4 mobile jacket panels for hydraulic displacement
  • Additional fall protection

Mould n°2

Hydraulically operated mould equipped with all required safety features. The mould is an adjustable and flexible solution for the full range of the customers’ container elements, and allows for a monolithic cast: walls and base slab at the same time.

The system is suitable to make substations which come with two fixed widths (2300mm and 2700mm) and different lengths, forming a minimum size box of 2300mm x 2150mm and a maximum size of 2700mm x 9800mm. To increase the productivity each width has an individual modular core. First core can be completely assembled and prepared while second core is casted in the mould. The end segments are equipped with a hydraulic lock. This hydraulic locking device consists of 3 individual pins which each have a hydraulic cylinder to activate them. The hydraulic lock avoids workers having to go inside the closed core when assembling it
