This rigid steel mould is designed to produce beams with a height of 445mm and a width of 300mm.

The 3 moulds are composed of two main parts: a stressing frame and a table with side forms.

The capacity was expanded with self-reacting and nonreacting beds with moulds for girders, purlins, IV-beams and bridge beams.

Construx-Weckenmann provided a flexible and efficient precast production system for this Hungarian precast company, including 9 self-reacting casting beds designed for various prestressed beams (rectangular, inverse-T, I-girders, IV-roof, and T-roof).

The Construx-Weckenmann hydraulically operated adjustable mould sits on rails with 2 movable side.

To meet customer’s requirements, Construx-Weckenmann suggested two-gang moulds, of which both pockets can be used independently.

Bed with open structure to accommodate moulds for sleepers, bridge beams or any other type of prestressed element.

3 non-reacting prestressing lines with 2 complete sets of modular moulds for different types of IV roof beams with small or large bulges, from 18m up to 36m.

This mould is designed for manufacturing trapezoidal beams.

This casting bed has self-reacting size-forms for 4 types of U-shaped bridge beams.

Prestressed crane rail sleepers for the London Gateway project.

Longitudinally prestressed wall panels with a maximum length of 10m.

Modular and removable self-reacting beds to produce prestressed elements. A total of 4 beds with each an overall length of 86m and a usable length of 80m.

Each of these 3 Construx-Weckenmann self-reacting casting beds consists of a 36,5m long bed, an active stressing head called the live-end, a passive stressing head called the dead-end and a set of 2 hydraulic cylinders.
