Ideal for architectural and structural applications, this system combines precision steel formwork, customizable configurations, and safe, ergonomic operation.
High-Quality Steel Sheeting for Smooth Concrete Surfaces
Each panel is equipped with a single-piece steel sheeting, either 8 mm or 10 mm thick, specially manufactured for use as formwork surfaces. These sheets are available in sizes up to 16 m x 4.5 m, free of joints.
The surface is sandblasted and polished with an automated grinding machine, ensuring a smooth, consistent finish. The degree of smoothness is tailored to meet individual customer requirements.

Overhead Suspension for Maximum Safety and Accessibility
The panels are suspended from an overhead steel track, creating a clear, unobstructed workspace between panels and eliminating trip hazards.
This overhead configuration improves:

There are no tie-bars through the concrete, ensuring a flawless surface finish.
Panel Securing:
- Bottom: Individual tie-bars per panel
- Top: Alternating tie-bars (optional hydraulic alternatives available)
Flexible Movement Options
Panels can be moved using one of three systems:
- Manual chain drive
- Hydraulic rams with carrier system (on the outside panel)
- Electric motors integrated in each movable panel
Setup Options
Customers can choose between two base configurations:
1. Fixed Centre Panel Setup
- With or without working platform
- Ideal for two-sided access and independent operation
- Enables hand-finishing on both right and left panels from the centre
2. Fixed End Panel Setup
- For straightforward production layouts
- Can be combined with 1 or 2 movable end panels and several movable intermediate panels
All centre and end panels are fitted with:
- Steel working platforms
