Construx-Weckenmann has designed an adjustable mould system featuring up to four hydraulically operated shrinkable inner cores:

• Height: 2000mm, width: 1200mm
• Inner core dimensions: 900 x 900mm (straight)
• Maximum external dimensions: 6000mm (net cast: 5980mm) or two doubles at 2980mm
• Wall thickness (length): 150mm
• Wall thickness (width): adjustable from 150mm to 600mm
• Modular base height adjustment: stepless stroke of 1500mm
