The inner core has the same principle as the standard flexbox mould system. The outer walls are mounted on rollers and can be manually opened and closed.
Manufacturing different element heights is made easy by combining a height-divisible core and a height adjustment system of the base ring.

The inside mould has 1 straight part and 2 conical parts.

For this project Construx-Weckenmann supplies 2 moulds for different stable floor elements, several channel moulds and a multifunctional electric turning device.
This twin retaining wall mould system is designed to produce 8 retaining wall elements, which are cast in an upright, overhead position.
Monolithic manufacturing of signal boxes. The mould has a hydraulically retractable inside core, 2 hydraulically movable L-shaped outside panels and 2 interchangeable bases.
Moulds adjustable in length, width and height, in which the shrinking of the intermediate side-forms as well as the opening, closing and securing of the outer panels is done hydraulically.
